Firmware Version

Every HID controller (Edge, V1000, V2000) contains a set of applications that make up the controllers firmware.  The latest stable HID firmware version is 2.2.7.49.  It highly recommended that the latest compatible HID firmware version be running on all controllers in the system.

When ordering controller through AMT, they come configured to work with your system as expected.  AMT modifies numerous files on the controller to ensure realtime event notification.  If the controller is purchased through another source, it will likely need to be configured to function properly.
