You can reach AMT technical support two ways.

AMT technical suport hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.

You can return faulty hardware by sending an email to rma@amt-us.com including the part #, MAC address (if possible), and what is wrong with the hardware.  AMT will process the request and respond with an RMA number.  Pack the faulty hardware for shipping, write the RMA number on the box and ship to the address outlined in the response.
